Refund Policy

For any reason you are not happy with your item and would like a return please send an email notify what is wrong with the item and we can get things sorted accordingly. Please contact within 5 days of receiving item. All custom orders and sale items are final sale items. Customer is responsible for return charges, if the problem is caused by us we will pay shipping charges.

Custom Orders

All custom orders must contact through email for designing purposes. Once payment has been made no changes to item can be processed.

Shipping

Shipping custom orders will be discussed before item is started, shipping RTS items can take 1-2 days.

We aren't responsible for normal ware and tare damages to cowhide and leather bags made from customer use. This includes, but isn't limited to: constant rubbing, chipping of leather from being rubbed, heavy packing, misuse or harsh environmental conditions.
